— During the first year of cooperation with Agro-Soyuz Projects we established a 10,000 ha farm, gathered a team of professionals, optimized machinery fleet and set up logistics of main technological processes.
We came to work on the land, which has not been farmed for more than 5 years. Due to Agro-Soyuz’s support we managed to avoid a lot of mistakes when establishing a business for which we are new.
During the first year of operation despite additional costs for breaking land into production and due to resource-saving technology we managed to reduce fuel consumption to 39 l/ha.

— Our enterprise is at transition stage towards adoption of resource-saving technology. After project implementation we changed our attitude to crop growing business; now we are very careful about planning and organization of operations.
During the project time we learned how to manage the enterprise and the technology. Now all our operations are in time and as a result our yields have become more consistent and our profits have increased; people are getting consistently high salaries and the enterprise satisfies the needs of the owner.
