Management project for CJSC “Zabaykalskaya grain company” (Russia, Chita)

The following has been developed during the project:

— Mission and values of the enterprise;

— Strategic development plan;

— Innovation business models in crop growing.

Outcomes of the project:

• The enterprise made a transition to direct seeding technology.
• Fallows were eliminated.
• Expansion of production area.
• Primary accounting is introduced in crop growing.
• 2-fold reduction of diesel consumption.
• 4-fold reduction of expenditures for spare parts.
• Increase of salary fund +20%.
• Personnel was trained how to use direct seeding technology.
